Customer Support for Telecommunications Auditing Software

The Position
This position is responsible for all aspects of customer support for our telecommunications invoice auditing software, Local Audit Software. Support consists of installation, training and day-to-day response to customer inquiries.

Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must as is a college degree with at least 15 credits in accounting or equivalent practical experience. Intermediate skills in MS Access are a plus as is prior telecommunications experience.

Software Application Developer

The Position
Part-time developer, approximately 20 hours per week, to assist in design and development of new version of telecommunications invoice auditing software.

Qualifications
Microsoft Application Developer with a minimum of 5 years experience a must. Additionally a BS/BA in a computer related field or equivalent experience is required. Demonstrable experience in Visual Basic, MS SQL, MS Access and other Microsoft development tools is also required. Prior telecommunications software development is a huge plus!
